In addition you can also list all wines that are available to be tasted at your property. This way the tourists will be able to make a closer association between your property and wines.
There are two registration options:
WHITE - commission based
RED - subscription based
Each option offers a bespoke solution that will help you increase online presence of your winery and communicate with visitors. They are both unique, and there are no ‘standard’ or ‘premium’ features behind them. They simply respond to two different business models. Choose the one that best suits your needs and remember that you can always switch to the other option.

Who can register on Wine Meccas?
Our service is open to wineries from around the world. We treat all wineries equally, the ones with centuries of history and the young ones; those with dazzling architecture and the modest ones. What is important for us is your passion to share the spirit of good wine making with tourists from all corners of the globe.
Why should I register my property?
By registering your property you send a clear message to tourists that the doors to your winery are open. It does not matter the how far away from famous appellation or tourist attractions you are located. What matters is that you want to show how proud you are of your wines and winery.
The tourists have different tastes and a discovery of a welcoming winery can be one of the most memorable moments of a holiday.

How to register the winery?
You can register your winery in a few simple steps. You will find a practical guide below.
To learn about two different registration option read the top of the Winery Registration site.
Once you have chosen your option click on the Register Winery button or Registration button on the top right margin.
- Enter your winery details to create the account. If you choose the subscription option (RED) tick the Subscription checkbox.
- Once you complete this step you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to activate your account.
What is the next step after registering the winery?
On activating your account you will have access to your administration panel and can start completing the profile of the winery. The administration panel very similar to the winery profile as it is seen by tourists. It is user friendly and enables you to enter specific information about the property and its facilities, list tour options and manage the calendar and availability.
Only after you have completed all fields we will be able to review and accept your profile.
Why is it important to provide detailed information about my winery?
This is a where you show that your property is unique and encourage tourists to book a tour.
The descriptions do not have to be very long but they should provide a good perspective of what the tourists can expect.
Can I complete my profile in other language than English?
No, you cannot. All information must be submitted in English. If you need to translate your profile information we are happy to assist you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a free quote.
Can I change my profile from commission to subscription based?
Yes, you can. In the Contact section of your profile you will find a Subscription checkbox. By checking it and saving the administrator will be informed of your request. The same procedure applies when you want to switch from subscription to commission based profile the difference being that you have to uncheck the box.
In both cases please contact us if you want to make such change.
What is the meaning of different statuses on my booking register?
Active – tour or activity booked and confirmed.
Completed – tour or activity has been completed.
Cancelled – a booking cancelled by the tourist
You will receive an e-mail notification every time a new booking is made or cancelled.
Can I cancel a booking?
Wineries can only cancel bookings in situations beyond their control. In such situations you must find an equivalent product for the tourist. Please make sure to include relevant provisions in your Booking and cancellation terms and conditions.
How will I know that I have received a new booking?
You will receive a notification e-mail for all new bookings with detailed information on the visitor(s), selected tour option and booking reference. In addition the booking will appear in your winery profile with Active status. If you cannot find the confirmation e-mail please check your junk mail as it is generated automatically and could be considered spam.
Who can write review of my winery?
At this time reviews can be written only by people who visited the winery by booking through our website.
How can I retrieve a forgotten password?
Click on Forgot your password? link in the Sign In window. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive a message with instructions on how to reset your password.
How can I find the coordinates of my property?
- Go to Google Maps.
- Find your property
- Right-click the location.
- Select What's here? The coordinates will appear in the search box at the top of the page.
What are the abbreviations of week days to be entered in my profile?
Mon / Tues / Weds / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun
What are the language codes to be entered in the Languages spoken field in my profile?
It is important to use the appropriate 2-letter language codes so that a flag representing your language can be correctly displayed. You can find a list of standard language codes by clicking on this link.
